These new full-colour Sparklers Asian Stories are contemporary tales set across Asia and the Pacific. Students follow characters their own age in their local environments - at school, at home, in the village, visiting local landmarks - so they can observe everyday life in another culture.
This series has been written specifically for the Australian Curriculum priority: 'Asia and Australia's engagement with Asia' and provide a window into the social and cultural norms of our near neighbours, becoming valuable tools to build both literacy skills and cross-cultural understanding.
